Payment Terms and Late Fees
All invoices issued by Canada Dialing Web Solutions Inc. are due upon receipt. Payments not received within 30 days of the invoice date are subject to a 2.5% per month (30% per annum) late payment charge on the outstanding balance until paid in full. If an invoice remains unpaid after 90 days, the account may be suspended or referred to collections. Any collection, legal, or administrative fees incurred will be the responsibility of the client.
